As a fan of foldables the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra finally brings everything together. The battery is big and reliable, so you’re not constantly watching the percentage. The crease is still technically there, but it’s finally at the point where you mostly forget about it. Durability feels much better thanks to the titanium structure and tougher overall design. The hinge is smoother, sturdier, and just satisfying to use. The responsiveness makes the whole phone feel fun and fast every time you open it. If you already love foldables or have been waiting for one that feels “ready” for everyday life, the Z Fold 8 Ultra really does feel like that milestone device.

Before truly experiencing the device i preferred to the pink one However the fold 8 is much more powerful than any others! Even can use as a laptop

Love the sleek design, crease is virtually invisible. The hinge is super smooth and strong. Powerful device. Like how you can use the main camera for selfie mode!

Came from the Fold7. I wasn't sure if the upgrade would be worth it, but despite how incremental it is, it makes for a far more complete device! The hinge mechanism is far smoother and easier to open. The screen brightness boost makes a big difference (as does the anti-reflective layer on the inner screen) and the ultra wide camera upped to 50px really does make for more detailed photos. The faster charging is great too, I really notice it when in a rush to top up (though the battery is lasting longer already, the extra MAh really help). Plus the Shadow Green colourway is gorgeous. My favourite colour anyway, so it was a no brainer!

This phone looks awesome, I love the hinge technology , what a great idea, I could see myself using this phone for reading, scrolling and photos.

I used to have a S23 Ultra but I have just bought the Galaxy Z fold8 Ultra, it is absolutely unbelievable. The sleekness is top notch. It is incredible when it is folded and amazing when opened up. The battery is long lasting, I charge it once a day since I have had it. It's got great features and top notch responsiveness. I have got a 7 months baby and she loves it when we open the fold up to watch videos.

It seems like a great phone. I don't think it's much different from its predecessor, but it's still a great phone. For the price, i would have expected a much, much more different one, but unfortunately it isn't. Also, because of the price, I had to downgrade my phone.

I love Samsung zfold 8 ultra - good camera.........

An excellent machine as I expected and so far it is doing pretty much everything | want. The engineering is quite remarkable. The screen is beautiful and the crease is much less than that of my old Z fold 4. I hope it is more resilient and will not crack down the crease as that one did even whilst still in warranty. Without a protective cover, I find the phone rather slippery to handle particularly when opened. The thinness is very impressive but I would rather have preferred a return of the S pen or at least the integration of some sort of stylus. I also wish you offered a range of protective covers with a stylus, a stand and RFID space for cards. Is there one you recommend that I can be sure will work well?

I like how it turns from a phone into a screen on the device, such a brilliant multifunctional device. It folds in nearly to fit into a pocket or bag. Great for personal or or professional use. Long battery life. bright screen.

This is a new phone with strong and durable battery. It is a slim phone and responsive on one touch. It is easy to fold and unfold with good hinge.

Upgraded from s25U, fold 8 is an innovative device with the new wide screen. Compact and light, camera is good, and the phone is fast. I love the inner display and the anti reflective screen. Amazing phone to use and worth the upgrade. Aspects that can be improved on are, 1) hinge is still fairly visible 2) table wobble is pretty bad 3) front display should be anti reflective as well. 4) fairly expensive.

First impressions are fantastic. It's the first time I've taken the plunge on a folding phone and I don't think I will be going back! So much screen space. Everything about the phone screams luxury.

But be aware of the inner screen display where if you close the phone the borders of the phone does not protect the inner screen rather the inner screen touches each other so any kind of debris will cause the inner screen to break. You might also find that the touch response is not that great as the bar phones of the ultra. I just love the size, Samsung needs to work on this phone factor and make it perfect. Display quality is great but sometimes or most of the times it reduces the brightness I do not know for whatever reason it might be. And battery life it is okay for now goes through the day but you need to recharge it twice a day.

Amazing piece of hardware. I switched from an S24 Ultra to a Z Fold 8 Ultra. With a narrower screen on the Z Fold 8, it fits my hand perfectly and feels very comfortable to operate with a single hand. With the ability to unfold the phone to view content on a larger screen, I no longer need to carry my reading glasses. Very happy with the Z Fold 8.

I bought this phone for my husband as an upgrade, and setting it up was quick and straightforward. Everything transferred over easily and I didn't need to refer to a manual at all. The crease on the inner screen seems much less noticeable than on previous Fold models, which is a nice improvement. The camera takes great photos and the phone feels fast and responsive in everyday use. My husband especially loves being able to access apps and messages on the outer screen when the phone is folded, so he doesn't always need to open it up. The hinge feels sturdy, the build quality is excellent, and battery life has been solid so far. Overall, he's had no issues with it and is very happy with the purchase. Definitely a 5-star phone for anyone considering a foldable device.

I've never considered a foldable phone before, mainly because I was worried about the hinge + folding display. This phone feels a lot better than the foldables I've tried before. The hinge feels really solid and the folding part of the display is much less noticeable. Plus with it being so thin when folded, it doesn't feel like I'm carrying around any extra weight in my pocket compared to a regular phone. Overall, big fan.

I received the new Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra 5 days ago, and I do not regret it at all. It's my first fold phone and I'm so impressed. The battery life is incredible, leaving me with almost 40% battery at the end of the day after regular use throughout the day. The inside screen is great and the crease is totally unnoticeable when the screen is on. The hinge allows the phone to lie totally flat when open (though the camera bump prevents it from being at on a table entirely flat). The responsiveness is great too, especially when switching from the font screen to the second bigger screen inside. I am content in is durability too. All in all, I would suggest to friends and family to consider moving over to a fold phone. Specifically the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.

My first fold phone and I love it. I've been with Samsung since the very first Galaxy phone. This phone is very thing and much lighter than my S24 Ultra. It opens a whole new way of using a phone. Unfolded you can multitask with more apps open and with some apps expanding further. I can't praise this phone enough and there's no way I could go back to a slab phone. The outer display isn't quite as wide and the hight of my S24 Ultra but it's not much. I expect this will eventually change in future models My life cycle with phones is 2 year it'll be Fold 10 for me.

The best foldable yet! Faster charging, bigger battery, beautiful purple colour and very thin so feels amazing in my hand. Best phone I've ever had. I'm in love with it. Went from fold 4 to fold 8 ultra. Massive difference on the hinge, crease and durability. Thank you.

The hinges fell better the crease in the middle is nearly non existent, battery life a lot better, i charge once a day. Excellent

Last Fold I used was ZFold 5, honestly Fold 8 is perfect compared to Fold 5 and even my S25 Ultra. Loved this small phone so much

it's a really great phone fast processor battery last Me 2 days the Crease is non-existent the hinge is really nice to open and shut the durability is nice scratch and it's really responsive tthescreen

Coming from the Fold 6 this has a much ligher and nicer feel in the hand. The hinge is very snappy which was a shock at first. The only negative thing i can say about this at this time is no SPen support so the 2 pens I got with the Fold 6 are currently redundant. Migration was painless as well, copied my themes, layout and even settings panel notifications layout which was a nice touch.

Love how it fits in the palm of your hand. Upgraded from the s24 + , screens are absolutely beautiful , colour pops worth the upgrade

This phone is the absolute DB! The battery is sooooo much better than my S26 ultra, it's so well made and durable. Feels solid in the hand yet think and sleek - the perfect balance. The hinge is very well built and strong and does not feel flimsy at all. The quality of the whole phone is outstanding and there is no visible crease when you open to full screen. The screen is very well made and is responsive with great graphics and as i said, no visible crease when open.

Just one word to describe this awesome feeling & experience - FABOLOUS!

Phone is amazing, I love this Flex hinge in world on the snap back. I find it so easy to work with as a student I also find the speaker quality really well placed. I do have a few suggestions for the ultra designers and maybe a innovative ideas suited to better position of electrical components within devices after ownership of Z Fold 7 and 8 ultra. And I have trialed the 8, I also have some really good suggestions for the next 9 , 10 etc. If Samsung Galaxy teams would be interested to hear.

The size of the phone when closed feelings like the size of normal non fold phone and makes it easier to type and utilise its functions to the maximum. The phone is a lot thinner and less bulky than previous models making it absolutely perfect. The upgraded cameras are a huge bonus and makes it worth every penny. The screen and sound quailty is phenomenal and watching films or playing games is amazing. I wish it had a stylus but that doesn't take away from how great this phone is. Love the violet colour as well.

I have to say I was a bit sceptical moving from an S24 Ultra to a Fold 8 Ultra, especially without holding it or playing with it. I was gobsmacked when I actually received it. Plenty of discount on launch day and great trade in value (plus some Bud 4 pros thrown in for free- big upgrade to my Bud 3 pro). So the Fold. Well it's just awesome. I love the form factor and find it so great to use. Especially reading websites or email. Also watching YouTube. So glad I went Fold. Super responsive and light.

Like the phone. It's slimmer and lighter than my older S22ultra. Also being fold phone there is no visible crease. Battery life is very good. But depends upon usage as well. Very responsive no flickering or lagging. Well Hinged . Durability, well let's see. It's been a week. This weekend I intend to test it and see how it performs multitasking.

Battery life on this phone is fantastic so far even with full use lats day and a half the crease is non existent on the fold and is smoth operating the hinge that gives it a thin profile. The response of the phone is quick and doesn't have any delay. I have yet to test durability fully but have tried smaller things like riding a motorbike with it has held no problems so far.

When flipped it acts like a standard phone however can fold to become twice the size. Seamless crease and is durable despite being thinner in the middle. Touch screen is extremely interactive.

I give this phone 5 Stars. I absolutely love this phone, it's a real game changer, I love the split screen capability, also the battery lasts all day, the phone looks smart and watching movies are played with amazing quality picture. The sound is also exceptional. This phone has actually changed my life, It's so easy to navigate and made life a lot easier as you can multitask from one big screen and not have to keep closing windows and having to log back in. The phone key pad is actually also very accurate and responsive, Thank you Samsung for making such a smart device. The crease on the fold is very strong and has great durability,the phone also has a strong hinge Anybody that buys this phone won't be disappointed. The iPhone loyalists don't know what they are missing and can't believe they think they have the best phone money can buy. They need to stop following people like sheep and wake up to better things.
