I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. Once it arrived we put it to work immediately. You can work it straight from the User Interface on the machine, but it would be more fun to link up to the associated App on my phone. The App was super easy to use and very intutive. We clicked on the Recipe Feature, and found that all clothing types were highlighted, however upon hitting one categorisation, say underwear, immediately other Incompatible categories are greyed out, to inform you that they are not suitbable to be washed together. Then once you click on each category that is compatible, you are then asked what is Darks or Whites and then it calculates the best setting for the Cycle and pops up a button for you to send that setting to the washing machine, thus taking out a lot of the guesswork. Machine is sturdy enough however felt a little light on the drum compared to previous machines, but again this may be a good thing. The Best feautues of the machine was offering Cycles and Features I have never seen before on a washing machine, e.g. The Eco 40 to 60 degrees, Hygiene Steam and Silent wash. But the best one being the Self Drum Clean. All of which will be used over the course of the life of the machine, only had it a week so far. Another great feature is the Add wash Door, truly a handy addition by the Boffins. Allowing you to Pause the Current wash and simply open the top door immediately to add in forgotten items. Then simply unpause and carry on. Great for a Busy Mum and the environment as stops having to do another load.

Super contente de ma machine à laver connectée. Non seulement elle lave très bien le linge. Il y a beaucoup de fonctions intéressantes et elle joue la truite de Schubert dès que son programme est terminé. Comme elle est dans la cave, je sais par sa musique que le programme est terminé et cela m"evite de descendre inutilement. C'est vraiment une machine tres utile pour les personnes plus âgées qui ne doivent prendre les escaliers qu'une seule fois lorsque celle-ci est terminée. De plus l'application sur le smartphone est utile et facile d'utilisation. Je recommande vraiment ce beau et pratique lave-linge.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. I have found this washing machine easy to use and set up. It's definately economic as my smart meter is never in the red when using this machine. It's very quiet and cleans a variety of clothes really well. If it could improve it would be to be able to contol and have more options on the app as once you start a wash the app is just in viewing mode, would be great if you could actually start and stop a wash from the app. I like the add clothes door and found myself using this more than I thought so it's a great feature. Overall a nice looking machine which does it's job well. Would recommend this.

I received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing purposes. The first thing I like about this machine is that when you turn on the machine it greets you with a hello on the display and it plays a small tune, once the wash cycle is finished it also plays a longer tune to let you know that it is coming to the end and the load will be soon ready to be removed. What I also like about this machine is that you can download an app to your phone and send instructions for your wash load direct to the machine and if you check it from time to time you can get an instant update of how long the cycle has left. I like that you have many wash options to choose from eg bedding, colours, towels, eco mode and my favourite a quick 15 minute wash. You can also see at a quick glance how long each selection will take.

Nous avons cette machine depuis septembre 2022, habitués des Samsung, au début nous étions très satisfaits. Interface claire, design, insonorisation, ad wash. Mais rapidement, sur des textiles délicats : Pulls, polos, des fibres sont tirées, le tissus est râpé, élimé, et beaucoup de bouloches. Des vêtements neufs en laine sont ressortis irrémédiablement endommagés. Les programmes sont bien sûr correctement utilisés en fonction des textiles (laine, délicat) rien n'y fait ! Et l'entretient est bien évidemment effectué. Grosse déception sur ce modèle.

Le pire achat électroménager ! Une machine "intelligente" qui est totalement imprévisible. Elle pèse le linge en début de cycle et prévoit 1h27 de lavage. Après 1h de lavage, elle change la durée pour 3h30 ! La programmation en heure creuse devient donc aléatoire. On a pesé le linge et on était toujours entre 4 et 6kg (avec du linge peu sale). La machine est donnée pour 8kg. Donc pourquoi 3h30 pour laver 4 à 6 kg de linge peu sale ! Je me demande comment je peux économiser si 2 cycles sur 3 durent 2,5 fois plus longtemps et avec 7 machines par weekend (enfants en internat), ça fait déjà presque 24h de lavage !

I received this washing machine from Samsung to product test. The machine was easy to install and with its sleek and stylish design fits in well. The option to connect it via an app to your phone is a useful addition, while it was easy to connect to my Samsung phone it would not connect to my daughters i-phone. It lets you know when your wash has been completed even if you are not at home. There are plenty of wash options to chose from we tend to use the Hygiene Steam or the Eco mode, it would be nice if there was a pet mode. I could certainly see a difference in my white wash. The Add Wash function is great, as well as being able to pause the machine to put in a stray sock or whatever I also use it to put my liquid detergent dosing ball in, it saves the risk of it falling out onto floor when large door is used. The machine is very quiet so would be unobtrusive in a kitchen. My son likes the 9kg capacity as he can now do his washing in 2 loads rather than 3. He found it very simple to use. I have been unable to find a time delay function. There are a couple of minor irritants, I feel the instructions could be clearer and more comprehensive, a bigger type would also be good. The music at the end while useful can be rather grating, nice if there could be an option to change tune and duration via the app. These are minor irritants and I would have awarded 5 starts if it wasn't for them.

AVOID buying this washing machine. Just one month after receiving this product, the door started to leak. We got in touch with customer support and they arranged an engineer visit to fix the problem by changing the door seal. Their "fix" only lasted two weeks, and the machine is leaking even more now. It is completely unusable. Had to get in touch again with customer support, and shockingly they wanted to charge the visit for an engineer to come and sort out the problem, because apparently a leaky machine is not covered under warranty. After a long discussion, they transferred me to the sales team and they offered to send a replacement machine. Annoyingly, it is taking them more than a week to come and collect the machine. And they cannot deliver the new machine at the same time. Who knows how much longer we need to be without a washing machine. If possible, I want to get my money back, and just buy a better washing machine from a better, more reliable brand. Je suis en phase de test du nouveaux Lave linge Samsung Addwash de 9kg. Choix de modèle avec hublot Addwash était une évidence, car j'ai toujours une petite chose à rajouter pendant le cycle de lavage. Il suffit de mettre la machine en pause pour que hublot soit débloqué immediatement. Personnellement la plus grande surprise pendant la découverte de cette machine est la qualité du linge. Surprenant car ma lessiveuse précédente était de la même marque.Le résultat doit être lié à sa plus grande capacité (9 kg contrairement à l'appareil précédent de 7kg) ,mais avant tout, la fonction Ecobubbles qui donne a mon linge un douceur de ,,plumes". Bravo a Samsung pour cette efficacité car même les taches le plus tenaces ont disparu et le fibres de mon linge sont protégé . Le panneau de commandes est simple et facile à manié. Les boutons de commandes sont devenus tactiles qui le rends faciles à entretenir. Une chose que je remarque se sont de signes pour personnes malvoyantes en dessous des boutons, une belle démarche pour rendre la vie plus facile. Le lave-linge dispose aussi d'une fonction Smart Things qui le synchronise avec mon smartphone via une application téléchargeable. Elle choisi le programme parfaitement adapté au lessive sur le smartphone pour ensuite l'envoyer vers ma machine . Précisément vous cochez la couleur,niveau de saletés et type de linge(draps ,chemises, t-shirt etc,...)et le Smart Things choisis le cycle et la température optimale à vôtre place. Cette fonction sert à protéger votre linge et avant tout le rendant propre ,doux et hygiénique. Nettoyage et l'assainissement de tambour peut être suivi à l'aide de l'application .Le cycle de nettoyage régulier à vapeur et la haute température tue les virus et les bactéries responsables des mauvaises odeurs. Que demander de plus.

Le design est très réussi son panel contrôle argenté son contour hublot noir lui donne un cachet très chic. Le petit hublot est très pratique pour y ajouter en cours de lavage du savon lessive ou les petites pièces oubliées .j ai testé le programme court très efficace à basse température. L application smartThing est très facile à utiliser et chouette pour sélectionner le programme adéquat selon le type de linge et le degré de saleté. J ai également apprécié son essorage quasi silencieux..Seul petit bémol les petites pièces tel que chaussettes peuvent parfois rester coincées dans le caoutchouc de la machine.

They're paper thin and tear very easily when taking heavy, wet clothing out. Samsung won't cover door seals under warranty as they say it's the customers fault. Terrible machine. This is probably the worst performing washing machine I have ever had the misfortune to own! The add washing door is great in theory but it’s awful to keep clean, the seals get clogged up constantly. The wash cycles are pretty poor the best being cloudy day customised to my requirements, it seems to offer the best clean but at 1hour 58 minutes it’s not a fast wash. The mixed load 4 kg with 1400 spin speed brings the clothes out wet. The quick wash isn’t great and to be honest the machine is certainly not the quietest. This machine was on Which best buys I would not recommend it.

Absolutely stay away from Samsung! We had our washing machine 5 months and it malfunctioned during a delicate wash cycle, the spring inside the drum came loose and shredded the door seal, meaning the washing machine now leaks. But apparently this isn't a functional problem so not covered under the manufacturers warranty. How keeping water inside the machine isn't a function of a washing machine is a mystery to me but nevertheless Samsung aren't interested in helping at all. Customer service is absolutely shocking, product quality is even worse. Won't ever be buying from them again.

The drum lasted a month before a fault developed, causing it to bang and beat itself up! The bagging is terrible. Even the lowest speed spin causes the machine to bang. I cannot wash anything heavy in this machine and I'm now having to use a launderette for anything other than light material clothing. I also cannot use any of the programs that allow less than a 9KG weight. This is an expensive machine, but a common fault with it that I read about on forums elsewhere, yet Samsung doesn't seem to want to know about it or do anything for me to rectify it. Terrible product. Terrible, terrible service.

Loving my new washing machine, its so quite also liking the add wash door I'm forever dropping odd socks etc and finding them after I've put the wash on but can now just add it to the wash . There's so much more to this machine than just a wash like a 15min wash to spuce things up love the fact it reminds you to do a deep clean which it does itself , this is a great washing machine plus I got a 5yr warranty , 10yr warranty on the motor , free insulation,free recycling , free delivery and a great price ,one happy customer .

We bought this washing machine 27/07/21 direct from Samsung. On 31/03/22 we discovered it was leaking, really badly, from the bottom of the machine door. We found a tiny tear in the seal. We contacted Samsung who refused to fix it as the seal is not covered in the warranty. An 8 month old washing machine needing a new seal?! We had our prebious washing machine for 10 years with no problems. Awful customer service. Save your money, we spent over £500 on this washing machine 8 months ago and are now having fork out for repairs already. It is also very loud, so loud we can't put it on at night it wakes up our children

J’utilise le Samsung AI Ecobubble™ Série 600 depuis quelques semaines et j’en suis vraiment satisfait. Le lave-linge est très silencieux, même en essorage, et la fonction AI est bluffante : il reconnaît le type de linge et adapte automatiquement le cycle. Le lavage à basse température est super efficace grâce à la technologie Ecobubble™, et je vois déjà une différence sur ma consommation d’énergie. L’interface est claire, moderne et facile à utiliser, et j’aime pouvoir suivre mes lavages depuis l’application SmartThings. Franchement, un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour un appareil aussi intelligent et économe. Je recommande sans hésiter !

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever had. Friends & family recommended Samsung & the fact they offer a 5 year warranty shows they believe in their products. My clothes smell amazing, I love having the app to get the perfect laundry recipe & the machine sings a lovely tune when it’s finished the cycle. & if I’m not home to hear the tune that tells me my cycle is done then no worries, the app notifies me on my phone that the cycle is complete! Highly recommend. Very happy with my purchase.

Does the job, washes clothes, all fine. The AI features are a bit of an overkill, 99% of them are not necessary and you will end up spending more time setting these up than if the washer was "dumb." AddWash is quite handy, that's a plus. The filter flap is a bit too low. What ruins that washing machine entirely is the poor quality of the materials it is made of. The bearings are plastic, and the rubber is wearing off easily. That resulted in the bearings wearing off very quickly with normal use, which causes the drum to drop and flatten. The repair is expensive, makes more sense to get a new unit. Not sustainable to the environment or you wallet.

I recently bought the Samsung Series 5+ AddWash WW90T554DAN washing machine for our two-person household, and it’s been fantastic! The 9kg capacity is more than enough for us, making laundry days much quicker. The AddWash door has already come in handy a few times when I’ve forgotten to add something mid-cycle. I also love the EcoBubble feature, which cleans well even at lower temperatures, helping us save on energy bills. It’s super quiet, and the SmartThings app makes it easy to control and monitor remotely. Overall, it's been a great addition to our home!

J'ai pu tester la machine à laver addWash 5000 et je suis très satisfaite de ma nouvelle machine à laver. Les différents programmes et options proposés sont très utiles car ils permettent de vraiment adapter le programme aux vêtements présents dans la machine. J'utilise l'option nettoyage intensif pour nettoyer les vêtements de travail de mon mari, un seul cycle suffit pour les nettoyer parfaitement alors que deux cycles étaient nécessaires avec mon ancienne machine. L'essorage est également très efficace, mes vêtements sont quasiment secs à la fin du programme et celà réduit fortement le temps de séchage ensuite. Le programme que je préfère est le nettoyage automatique du tambour qui permet de garder la machine propre et éviter les mauvaises odeurs. Le nettoyage automatique du bac à lessive permet qu'il soit encore nickel même après plus de 20 cycles effectués. J'ai déjà pu tester aussi plusieurs fois la fonction addwash qui permet d'ajouter des vêtements oubliés alors que le programme a déjà commencé, ce qui permet de ne pas devoir annuler le programme en cours. La fonction SmartThings est très pratique, elle m'a permis par exemple d'ajouter un cycle de rinçage via l'application sur mon smartphone car j'allais rentrer à la maison plus tard que prévu. Je n'ai aucun point négatif à dire sur cette machine.

Purchased from AO, ordering and delivery were great. Problem is I'm disabled and therefore had trusted the washing machine was stable and working but I found out the very first time I used it, it was broken. AO have sent a further two teams to "fix " the issue but it still broken. On the last engineer visit I was promised a call to have it replaced but its been two months and I'm still with a broken drum. Engineer ran tests and showed me that the drum is spinning in an oval rather than a circle. Poor customer service all round and really disappointed to have such a well known and respected branded washing machine delivery already with a serious fault! Not good enough from either Samsung or AO retail.

Really pleased with this so far. There's 22 pre-set options, and the ones we've used so far are good. It's a little annoying to have to spin the wheel around to find the option you want when there are that many to go through though so that's not ideal. It also came with a non-standard drain pipe end that didn't fit into our outlet. We had to seal the joint with a separate bit of tubing which was annoying and added a few hours to getting it installed. Not sure why they don't have a standard one... So overall a good machine that's cleaning well and is very quiet, but a few bits that are a little faffy.

Very happy with our new washing machine. It's quieter than our old machine and has an amazing array of programs to use. I think the quick wash is particularly handy. There is a fair bit of vibration on the higher spin speeds but that is noticeable because we have it on a timber subfloor (a shock absorbing mat from screwfix has minimised that problem) Our previous machine behaved the same way but was a lot more noisy! It is a good looking machine and looks as stylish as a washing machine can look in a kitchen. I really like the colour. I would say it is good value for money based on it's energy rating, capacity and array of programs available to use.

Déçue car je pensait que les options étaient les mêmes sur toutes les machines comme le nettoyage tambour + ,Quick drive et aussi le distributeur de lessive. J'avais une 7kg et je trouve que 9kg c'est toujours pas assez grand pour laver une couette 2 personnes ! De plus , les petites pièces se coincent entre le joint et la porte et je trouve aussi dommage de ne pas avoir mis plutôt un départ différé car c'est mieux qu'un arrêt différé. La trappe sert a quoi ? Car ajouter du linge en cours de cycle c'est pas hygiénique ? Le plus qui me déçois c'est la capacité du lave linge pour 9kg c'est pas beaucoup plus que 7kg et qu'il ne fasse pas départ différé..

Je suis ravie de ce lave-linge très facile d'utilisation : choix des programmes disponibles qui se modulent selon les besoins notamment température de lavage et type de séchage. Le lancement en différé est pratique : heure de fin à indiquer plutôt que l'heure de début du cycle qui induit un sacré calcul (fonction de mon ancien lave-linge Whirlpool). La machine pèse le linge à chaque debut de cycle. La machine est silencieuse en fonctionnement (juste une musique de Schubert lorsque c'est terminé) Je suis vraiment contente de mon achat (bon rapport qualité prix) et je suis certaine de ne pas avoir utilisé la totalité des options ! Samsung est une marque au top !

I am extremely disappointed with Samsung and my experience with their washing machine. The machine broke just after the 2-year warranty expired. I contacted Samsung expecting support under the 5-year guarantee that was clearly stated on my purchase receipt. Samsung refused to honour the 5-year guarantee, claiming I had not registered for it. This is unacceptable, as: The 2-year warranty was automatically registered by Samsung because I bought the washing machine directly from them. At no point was I informed that the 5-year guarantee required a separate registration. My receipt explicitly showed a 5-year guarantee on the washing machine, which I received because I purchased three items. This strongly implied the washing machine itself had a 5-year guarantee. I tried repeatedly to resolve this issue by calling, emailing, and using the chat system, but received no real responses—only automated replies. The only meaningful contact I had was a call from Katherine from the Samsung Resolution Expert Team, who repeated that I was “not registered” but offered a 20% discount to buy another Samsung product. I requested that this conversation be confirmed in writing, yet the follow-up email conveniently left this out. After that, I again attempted to contact Samsung through all channels and was completely ignored until I eventually gave up. This experience feels misleading, mis-sold, and deceptive. For a company as large as Samsung, this level of poor communication and refusal to take responsibility is shocking. I genuinely feel scammed. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying a Samsung washing machine. If something goes wrong, don’t expect clear communication, accountability, or fair treatment.

Really disappointed with this machine. Bought it in Feb 2023, a month later an engineer came out to it as it was banging on the spin cycle due to a faulty dampener. We're now in June and it has now just stopped mid cycle on a rinse. The only good thing is customer service have been great and really quick at organising the engineer. I have another engineer scheduled to come out to it tomorrow. I am seriously considering getting rid as it doesn't come close to 10 year old Ecobubble that only failed at the end. This machine is unreliable.

Déçu du produit. La fonctionne dosage de lessive pour moi ne fonctionne pas correctement. Je remets toujours autant de lessive dans le compartiment et tout pars. J'ai testé avec plusieurs sortes de cycles et toujours la même chose malgré des dosages de lessive différents. De plus, je n'avais pas remarqué mais dommage que l'on puisse pas faire de départ différé , ce qui était essentiel pour moi. J'ai aussi testé la fonction connection au téléphone. J'ai essayé de mettre ma machine en route de loin mais cela n'a pas fonctionné, cela me mettais qu'il fallait allumer ma machine alors qu'elle y était a ce moment. Dommage, je ne vois donc pas l'utilité de l'application.

Don't touch this washing machine, the door seals fail within 3 months even with careful average use, Samsung will not honour the 5 warranty for this known issue stating it's mis-use and a perishable item, and want to charge you over £100 to repair this defective low quality seal, never had this item fail on cheaper machines, it's a joke, just google it.

So the add wash door is pointless because you still have to pause the wash and when you pause the wash the actual door unlocks too so I can “add wash” through the normal door, Save your £100 and go for the model without add wash. Also put my bedsheets in and put it on a steam hygiene wash , it said it was about 2 1/2 hours long. 5hrs later I’m still waiting for it to finish and now it’s come up with a error saying it’s struggling to complete the spin cycle. Lastly, doesn’t wash clothes as well as my old machine, ketchup on a white t-shirt, mud on sons footy shorts, forget it. You have more chance soaking them in vanish.

We has a Bosch which had a big drum. We could load nearly all my washing in in one go. This washing machine is advertised as 9kg but it actually means 9kg when wet as a Samsung customer service person told me. There is only one wash cycle that allows this weight. All the others are 2-4kg. I really wish I hadn't wasted my money. With a young family, we really need a big drum so I don't have to wash 2 loads a day.

Terrible machine unfit for purpose, keeps all the dirt inside and never removes stains. Rubber inside is broken after a year and shedding plastic to clothes. Small clothes get stuck in a drum.

Had my new machine nearing a week, very quiet on wash cycle, makes a bit of noise at start of spin cycle as its setting but nothing compared to my old machine. Washes really well, thought my old machine was just starting to leak but having this have realsied that it wasnt washing properly. Eveything feels so clean now! Lots of different programs and spin options, a bit confusing at first after using it for a couple of days im getting used to it. Was it be confusd reading the instructions for delayed end but when you select the function you just select the time you want it to finnish, no adding extra hours as it said in the instructions so very easy to use. To sum up I am very happy with the machine and would recommnd.

I’ve had constant issues since I purchased the machine. Items are soaking wet when the wash is finished, I need to rewash items that have minor stains and the machine doesn’t seem to heat up when using a high temperature wash. The worst part has been the customer service. I have been advised that I must pay for a Samsung selected engineer to attend the property, only if they deem the issue to be a manufacturing fault will I be reimbursed. The machine is under warranty and Samsung have been sent videos showing the issues and still won’t change the machine!

For a white machine it has on overly dark design with the black door. first impression the it is very plastic & would have benefited with a chrome front on the display.( the button symbols look like they will wear off over time!) We received this washing machine from Samsung for product testing. This machine is simple for a man to use. Mum showed me once how to use it and can now manage on my own. I have only used mixed load at 30 degrees with all washing coming out nice and clean. I personally don't like the tune at the end, its very annoying. The Add wash drawer is useful, always an odd sock I lose on the stairs to go in. The machine takes longer than the old one, but that probably accounts for the better wash.

This washing machine is an amazing piece of technology. For starters it's very spacious and takes a 9kg load, which is perfect for our family of 4 with 2 small children. Then, it's smart as it learns which cycles we use the most, so it suggests cycles for us, which is quite convenient. Then everything is customisable! I can program how many rinse cycles I want, if I want prewash or not, temperature, spin speed... and more! Then it's quite cool that it connects to the wifi and sends me a notification via the app on my phone when it's done. I can also select which programs I want to be shown on the machine. I quite like the music it plays when it's done, but not so much when the kids are asleep, but I can always monitor when it's about to end on the app and then I'll just go and turn it off so that it shuts up. It's also possible to turn this off.

Looks good and a couple of washes in it works well but the programme instructions are a bit rubbish. Downloaded the full instruction manual as the small book in the machine tells you nothing. It says it's a 9kg machine but turns out most programmes are 2,4 or 5kg. On the cotton programme you can wash 9kg of bed linens but on the Bedding programme (inc bed sheets and bedding covers) only 2kg. This makes no sense. I like the machine but most of these programmes are either confusing or seem a bit pointless.

Good value for money, weighs your washing to measure how much water you need, is very quiet even on a regular setting but on the quiet setting can hardly be heard. Only thing I wish is that one of the comments said it would be better with laundry liquid rather than tabs as it weight what is needed against the weight of the washing so you don't use more than you need, which has also saved me money. It's also great at stain removal, including things like grease, curry stains and so much more. A great machine and worth every penny as over its life it will save a significant sum

We wanted another Samsung Washing machine our last one was 10 years + old. This new one came with a free 5 year warranty and two fabulous features, the add wash which allows you to pause the machine and add something. Brilliant for the sock or shirt that was missed. The second feature is adding it to your phone so that you can see what it is doing or even programming it for the features that you want your wash to do.

I bought this three months ago as a replacement of my 10 year old Ecobubble. I love the new features; add wash (useful for a sock or two that always drop from the washing basket), wifi connection. The display is smaller than I was used to, but this is nice an bright and the features are very clear. I love the ability to connect to my phone an setting the washing cycle on the phone before I send to the washing machine.

Franchement, je suis bluffé par ce lave-linge Samsung AI Ecobubble™ série 6000. Déjà, niveau utilisation, c’est un vrai plaisir : tout est intuitif, pas besoin d’un diplôme d’ingénieur pour lancer une machine (et ça, c’est déjà une victoire en soi 😄). Le vrai plus, c’est l’application. Pouvoir lancer, suivre et recevoir une notification quand le programme est terminé, c’est juste génial. On a presque l’impression d’avoir un assistant personnel dédié à la lessive… il ne plie pas encore le linge, mais on s’en rapproche ! Côté bruit, rien à dire : il est vraiment silencieux. À tel point que je me suis surpris à vérifier s’il tournait encore… spoiler : oui, il faisait juste son boulot discrètement. Bref, un appareil moderne, pratique et efficace, qui rend la corvée de lessive presque agréable (je dis bien presque, faut pas exagérer non plus 😉). Je recommande sans hésiter !

The unit I have must be a faulty line. I have an engineer out twice which wasn't helpful. After washing, the clean laundry has a damp smell. The only solution I got from the last engineer visit was to invest in good quality fabric softener. I found this very unhelpful because I never used fabric softener in an Indesit machine which I used for 8 years. The engineer told me that the machine won't be replaced so I better find a solution to keep using it

Disappointing. Machine (9kg £600+) bought for elderly mother 6 months ago. Discovered on unloading a light load of washing, no hooks etc, that the metal door clamp had become dislodged in the drum and damaged rubber seal which now means the machine leaks. On making a warranty claim for repair, interminable customer support calls, we have been consistently fobbed off with explanations & email that repair is not covered by the warranty and that we are somehow at fault in using the machine in a perfectly reasonable way. Even, if at fault, which is not accepted, mistakenly loading a garment should not cause damage close to £200 to repair. Have had other machines for decades without this occurring. Discovered on internet that not an isolated incident & that Samsung have covered repair costs. Consequently not my favourite manufacturer.

Bought this machine brand new from Samsung Online having read the reviews. But it was delivered with a very bad fault and would not spin properly, despite calibration, levelling and all troubleshooting measures done properly. My faith is shaken in what I thought was a reliable brand. I have bought very cheap machines before that have been faultless. So it is not the case that you pay for what you get - the "good" brand deliver bad stuff too!

Can't use with automations. Simply pinging my phone or watch when a cycle is complete is far from a good use (or selling feature) of smart technology. Programming cycles from the phone is harder and more convoluted than just using the machine itself. Can't use smart to schedule start times etc. Have to start cycle on the machine itself regardless. Quite annoyed they sold this as a smart machine when it's far from useful as a smart device.

Really disappointed. It washes well however the door & front panel are so flimsy. My machine is located underneath my sink & dented from my knee leaning on it. The door is already badly scratched & there is a bit of exposed metal along the bottom..I have had it a matter of weeks. My Bosch tumble dryer beside it which is 10 years old looks better than this. Extremely disappointed & the customer service team were useless. I was told from my images they would repair the damage, kept on the phone for over an hour only to be told I have to pay £200 to replace the front panel. I wasn't even after money back just recognition that the metal they have made this machine with is extremely flimsy. AVOID

Récemment acquis, lave linge paraissant performant mais notice très incomplète. Impossible de connaître la consommation d'eau et d'électricité pour chaque programme hormis les 4 cités dans la notice. Et notamment de savoir à quelle température lave réellement le programme eco 40 60 et s'il utilise la fonction eco bubble (sur la notice, il est indiqué que ce programme se fait à 31° mais plus loin on trouve la température de 40 ou 60°). Il est important de savoir cela sachant que c'est le programme le plus intéressant mais aussi que l'on tient à ne pas abimer son linge à haute température.

BANGING noise from the drum on spin cycle. Brand new washing machine with banging noice from the drum and I am being told by the engineer and Samsung customer service that this is normal!! No, this is not normal!!! I was told by Samsung customer service that for other call out I will have to pay, no replacement will be give and certainly no money back. This machine is not fit for purpose, stay away and either spend more on a brand like Siemens, AEG or Bosch or spend much less and get a product which will work and will not bang. Wee can not use this machine at night as it would wake up the whole street. Engineer ran the machine empty - guess what, no banging. He left, I turned the normal washing on (5 large towels) - guess what, banging. And same happened with the call. After this experience I will not buy any other larger appliance from Samsung and will not recommend to anyone!!! Absolutely shocking!!!! This machine

It's 2022. This machine will pop up a message on your smart telly saying it's done if you configure the WiFi. Yes, the future is now. But the future should also involve putting on a simple cotton wash without 20-30 inane annoying "pings" that can't be turned off... can't be turned down... can't in any way be avoided. Previous models shut off sound - doesn't work on this one. Ridiculous!

An excellent washing machine. Runs quietly and very gentle on cloths and very good cleaning capabilities. Only three criticisms, leveling the washing machine was an absolute nightmare as feet are difficult to access. The are no pre set programs for full load so you have to leave to to AI cleaning and that can take up to 3 hours. I am still to figure out how to stop it from singing a tune after it finishes the washing cycle as it wakes up everyone if on timer and set for early hours.

I had a bad experience with this procuduct, we purchased it for low noise and efficiency. It's twise broken. The drum was damage because the quality of thus product was very poor.

I spent hours researching and chose this. Got rid of a 10 year old John Lewis machine as i was bored with it. The 1400 spin on my old one produced dryer washing , on this one i have to spin twice which is not energy efficient, and my fabric conditioner on this new one does not smell unless i add much more on the last rinse, which is annoying catching it at the correct time.Its brand new and condtioner does empty at the correct rinse,Can only presume it has a high water fill.. Apart from all that its ok, too many washes to choose from and wish it had a half load option.

From set up to first wash I was very impressed. The smart things app is a piece of technology brilliance, allowing to set programmes, add favourite programmes and if I forget to put it on or need to nip out it lets me start it up or when it has finished so I don't forget. Silent spin cycle I never knew a washer could be so quiet. The tune is a bit long but very catchy and is the first noise my dog doesn't react too. The add wash is amazing as my children are always leaving loose socks around and I can add them on. No more odd socks in the house (very happy mum).

We have a washing machine with 10 year warranty and the washing machine is not adding softener or detergent at the right time and using it so fast. The clothes are so ruff and samsung will not replace the machine and tell me there's nothing wrong with it!!

Il s'agit de mon premier lave-linge Samsung. Que de changement depuis mon dernier, gardé 12 ans, pourtant déjà 8kgs et 1400trs/min ! Les programmes peuvent être modulés à la demande depuis mon smartphone en wifi. Ils peuvent parfois être très longs pour un lavage qui paraissait simple. La fonction eco-bubble n'est pas sur beaucoup de programmes mais peut être rajouté (ça allonge encore la durée du lavage.) Je ne maîtrise pas encore complètement le départ différé. Je n'ai pas non plus l'habitude de ces touches tactiles (appui long, appui court) et cette molette unique pour aller chercher un programmes précis. Je pense que ça doit se paramétrer quelque part. La fonction addwash est véritablement magique. Finalement, ce lave-linge est une sacrée découverte qui ravira l'utilisateur classique ou celui qui sera plus à la recherche d'un programme modulé par ses soins. J'espère que toute cette électronique va durer dans le temps, car, tout compte fait, je l'adore avec cet énorme hublot et ce tambour délicat, qui plus est, est très silencieux. Ah si, un reproche: à chaque remplissage, ça me fait claquer la plomberie. Peut-être faudrait-il que je referme un petit peu le robinet d'eau ?...

Après 15 jours d'utilisation nous n'avons rien à redire de ce lave linge, il fait bien le job. Il est assez silencieux c'est agréable. Attention à la fin d'une machine il y a une musique pour prévenir que c'est fini, pensez à baisser le son si vous faites des machines la nuit ! Penser aussi à bien fixer les écrous pour ne pas que la machine bouge. Pour ceux qui aiment la tech on peut ajouter la machine sur le wifi et l’ajouter dans l'appli smart things, ce qui permet de bidouiller un peu les programmes sur le téléphone mais ne permet pas de lancer la machine.
